I started doing this more than 3 weeks ago with the intention of doing it for 7-days. I kept extending the end date and about 2 weeks ago, committed to 30.

It has been a roller coaster ride for me. I’ve experienced terrible breakouts, mouth sores, an early menstrual cycle, dizziness, wobbly legs, anxiety, fear, depression, congestion, mild laryngitis and head rushes where I thought I would pass out.

At first, I was adamant that I would never EVER EVER do an enema of any sort. I started with Psyllium Husk with an herbal laxative. As time went on, I continued to feel terrible with no improvement. I kept doing online research and everything I read said something along the lines of to truly evacuate toxins, you need to do an enema.

So it was with great fear and embarrassment, that I finally went to Kmart and bought some (gulp) Fleet saline enemas. I did them every few days or so. Then I read that saline enemas aren’t very good because they contain sodium. Warm water enemas were apparently the way to go so I invested in an enema kit. I did warm water enemas for a couple of days and then finally decided I was ready to do a coffee enema. Yes, this is from the girl who adamantly refused to stick anything foreign up her bum.

I feel compelled to share, though, that as soon as I started doing coffee enemas, the symptoms disappeared. I do them daily now and I cannot believe the amount of gunk that continues to come out even though I haven’t eaten in weeks. I’m a believer!

My last day is Sunday. I cannot believe I made it this far. I’d like to thank the Academy…

Good luck, all!

i’m glad things worked out for you ! sorry could not pass that up
What is the advantage of coffee as opposed to water ?
i used to work for quadriplegics and consistent BM’s were always an issue. The Fleets did not help very much, i spare you details of what was next. And i thought warm water was the best. J

i'm opposed to Animal Testing ! they get nervous and give the wrong answers

The caffeine in coffee stimulates the liver which reduces toxins. The coffee enema should not be used in the same way as a regular enema. In fact, many coffee enema advocates suggest doing a regular enema beforehand to ensure the colon is clean so the coffee isn’t obstructed.

The coffee enema in conjunction with organic juicing has been known to cure cancer (see: Gerson Cancer Cure).
